Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Candidates with 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Degree (Mandatory).
- BE/B.Tech with Computer Science or IT.
- BCA/MCA.
- B.Sc/M.Sc(IT).
- Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering.
- 0 – 1 year experience into Azure Fresher. Ready to adopt new and emerging technologies
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Should have understanding of basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Azure Monitoring and Maintenance, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Prior Experience of 6 months to 1 year in IT infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.(Not Mandatory since its a fresher entry level role)
- Certifications: Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104)
- Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
- Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
- Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
- Basic application support knowledge.
- Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts).IT Support, non-voice process.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Infrastrcuture as a service or platform as a service paas and iaas.
Client needs Timings- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
