Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
As an Assistant Manager in our GES Tax team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams, You will:
- Prepare foreign tax calculations as a part of income-tax return calculations.
- Prepare and review income tax calculations and tax returns of expatriates
- Guiding team on computation of foreign tax calculations, foreign assets reporting, disclosure of assets and liabilities in the tax return forms
- Reviewing various tax and social compliance work prepared by the team such as departure formalities, PAN application, Certificate of Coverage, withholding tax calculation, eTDS return, PF calculation, Stock calculation, tax gross up calculation, tax equalization etc.
- Leading and managing the team
- Taking trainings including topics related to tax treaty
- Assistance in assessment proceedings, preparation of submissions & appeal documents – Review and submit documents related to assessments & appeals
- Giving inputs /suggestions on process and technology improvements
- Preparing various management reports
