Job Description & Responsibilities:-
This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional customer support by enriching all requests coming from customers & internal stakeholder’s enquiries at first contact to its respective departments in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure customers & internal stakeholder’s requirements are resolved in accordance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
- The position will be supporting internal and external customers with excellent customer service to uphold division policies and procedures.
- Examine all relevant information\ inquiry received through calls, email/fax from customer/internal stakeholders and use critical thinking to identify the type/category and skillset it should go to for resolution within Iron Mountain and concerned vendors.
- Attention to detail needed while reviewing and enrichment of each customer request
- Communicate effectively with company employees regarding proper required information and instructing them on proper procedures
- Maintain records for customer interaction, recording details including the actions taken on every request
