Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Scheduling Day to Day Service and Reschedule of left over service cards of previous day.
- Preparing Service Planning and sending it to Billing Team Daily Basis
- Maintaining Service Report Acknowledgment and DC Copy Its very important supporting Document for Service.
- Grooming of the Technicians and Maintaining Staff Attendance – Daily basis
- Operations reports Icabs and monthly report should be done in given time limits, please ensure if holidays adhere the reports should be done prior.
- Preparing Gate pass and DC for the Day to Day Services Daily Basis and Compulsory ICABS DC.
- Non availability of Stock need to addressed well in Advance to Stores / OPS Manager / BM
- Attending complaints of Client and maintain Record of Complaints company Wise Issuing Turn around Time to clients to resolve Problems – Revert Clients by Mail.
- Health Safety and Security sessions to be conducted – Periodically
- Surprise Onsite visit to be conducted – to be recorded maintain Service Standards – periodically
- Any Expenses Incurred from Operation Team proper GST bills need to Maintained on Record and Submitted to Accounts Team.
- Client Visit for Checking the Feedback on Service
- Updating Commercial PO / Agreements Data with Contact Person Name, Number & Email ID
- Auditing Invoice Tracker for the billing process, Updating Corrections on tracker Sheet and maintaining it to perfection Invoice.
