Detailed Eligibility:
Automation Support Analyst:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS) or any relevant stream
- Experience in Blue Prism /UiPath automation with the relevant functional understanding required (0-2 Yrs)
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance domain are desired
Required Skills:
- Strong Analytical bias, with the ability to pick up new skills relatively quickly
- Experience in other automaton tools like UiPath, Krayon, or any other relevant technology is an added advantage
- Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organisation
- Awareness or exposure to developing macros, formulae or any other coding activities would be beneficial
- Good Team Player
About the Job: The purpose of this role is to work alongside the developers, process controllers, business analysts, and SMEs and provide support to the delivery of automation through robotics and the release, control and monitoring of live processes across the business.
- Working alongside process controllers, developers, Business Analysts and providing support to the control & monitoring of live processes
- Monitoring and reporting terminations- Various Automation tool(BluePrism & UiPath)
- Problem-solving and issues that arise from processes and support existing processes, implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process promptly
- Creates and documents procedures, scenarios and learnings of monitoring and controlling processes released into production
- Upskill self by utilising training further to advance learning on process controller and developer activities to ensure career progression
- Ensure that the technology is fully utilised through release management and capacity planning for the systems to operate at full potential.
