Educational Qualification:
Graduate Apprentice – Legal:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, having passed out in 2022 or 2023 only.
Essential Requirements:
- No prior work experience or apprenticeship experience (internship experience can be considered)
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Process-oriented with attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient with modern digital tools and platforms, including traditional applications like Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendars, etc.
- Interest in basic project management and coordination
Desirable Requirements:
- Fluency in the local language is desirable
- Ability to adapt to technology tools, including AI-related legal research, information, and communication
- An academic background in law will be a bonus
You will:
- Manage all departmental tasks and coordinate activities
- Manage routine correspondence over calls or emails following established procedures
- Perform administrative work such as data entry, filing, sorting etc.
- Assisted in the preparation of presentations, reports, etc.
- Assist in scheduling meetings/events and coordinating logistics, as required
- File and maintain a repository of internal documents
Requirements
- Experience in API / CLI based automation
- Hands-on expertise into Atlassian tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence etc or ALM tools
- Good understanding on Server, Storage, networking, Server OS (windows, RHEL, VMWare) and active directory is added advantage
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, or ClearCase)
- Good understanding of GUI based test automation using tools such as selenium webdriver or protractor
