Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics with industry experience of over 0-2 years / Mechanical with industry experience of over 0-2 years in product design, drawings and CAD modelling
Electrical Requirement:
- Testing -Low/High power functional testing, Design and engineering verification testing Simulations -LT spice, Pspice Schematic Drafting in allegro, Altium Basic electronics, electrical datasheet-oriented understanding of embedded components, op-amps, AC-DC circuits, tolerance analysis, solenoids, solenoid drivers, sensors, communication protocol CAN, I2C, RS232, filter design.
Mechanical Requirement:
- 3D modeling and drawings, GD&T, Tolerance stackup, Engineering design calculations, Risk analysis & assessment (DFMEA) .
- The position’s primary focus will be to prepare technical design details & drawings in compliance with drawing standards as per industry standards and prevailing engineering practices for eMobility.
- Created 3D models and drawings of the new product designs and modified existing product drawings and models.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of CAD tools such as Pro/E Creo, Solid Works, CATIA and AutoCAD, assembly, and detailing to prepare CAD models and complete detailed designs/drawings.
- Utilizes understanding of manufacturing processes to improve new and existing designs & acts as a technical resource for internal/external customers and resolves technical challenges.
- Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written are necessary, with an ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and global stakeholders.
- Learning Agility – Quick to learn and agile to understand different engineering disciplines. Drive consensus and enable decision-making
Efficient – Uses appropriate tools, analytics and model-based designs based on the situation; Understands risks and possesses the ability to derive actions.

Job Summary:
- The Major responsibilities for this role EE simulations in LT/PSPICE, designing, testing, schematics, and drafting using the allegro/aluminium tool.
- Collaborate with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers to successfully develop and validate the designs, including certification and product launch.
- Utilizes the support of model-based development processes, automated testing, verification & validation tools.Ability to Analyze and predict design performance using Simulation tools, Analytical Skills, etc.Should adopt an 8D approach for failure analysis.
- Prior experience in commercial vehicle product development processes at system and subsystem levels is preferred.
- You should have experience in Sustain engineering and new product development (NPD) .
- Should have proficiency in mechanical and pneumatic design & drafting (CAD tools), GD&T & statistical tolerancing.
